All products are delivered digitally. No physical goods are shipped.

All prices are displayed in Euros (€). Each plan is available as a one-time purchase processed securely via Stripe. You are charged once at the time of purchase.

1.4 Access & Delivery

Upon successful payment, you receive immediate access to your purchased plan and all features. Delivery is instant and fully digital.

All content, trademarks, logos, and software associated with Schoollora are the exclusive property of YASSINE ALLAL ELKHEIR. You retain ownership of content you create. By uploading, you grant Schoollora a non-exclusive license to host and display it solely for service delivery.

1.7 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Schoollora shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

1.8 Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted with an updated date. Continued use constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified via email.

1.9 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Delaware per the American Arbitration Association (AAA) rules.
