Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued once payment is processed. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

1. Digital Products Exemption

All Schoollora plans are delivered digitally with immediate access. Refund rights are waived upon purchase. You consent to instant access and acknowledge forfeiture of any refund right.

2. One-Time Payment Model

All plans are one-time purchases. You are charged once and receive immediate, full access. No recurring charges, no auto-renewals, no hidden fees. Once processed, payment is final.

3. No Refunds on Completed Purchases

  • No refunds for any completed purchase โ€” regardless of usage or satisfaction.
  • No partial refunds for unused features.
  • No exchanges between plans after purchase.

4. Chargebacks & Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, we reserve the right to:

  • Immediately suspend or terminate your account.
  • Contest the chargeback with full documentation.
  • Recover fees and costs associated with the dispute.
  • Report the incident to fraud prevention services.

5. Exceptions (Sole Discretion)

A refund may only be considered if:

  • You were charged due to a verified technical error on our system.
  • You were charged multiple times for the same transaction.
